The House of Europe can only be built up and kept alive when people in different countries get in contact with each other, know and regard each other. This is the object of the FORUM group “Town Twinning”. Our activities are …
- cultural interactivity,
- social and festive events,
- sports events,
- international youth camps and
- student exchange.
The group organises these activities and many personal and private contacts in town twinning between Bomlitz and
- Blainville sur Orne, in Calvados in the Normandy, France, and
- Kepice (former Hammermühle), County of Slupsk (former Stolp) in Pomerania, Poland.
The group town twinning is supported by a comitee of ca. 30 people. Citizens of different age and professional background, members of clubs, town council and town administration work together here. If you want to join this group, you will be always welcomed. We need:
- People - does not matter of which age - who are interested in different countries and cultures
- Citizens of Bomlitz who can offer our guests "bed and breakfast" as a host
- People who want to help to organise an interesting and inviting program for our guests visiting Bomlitz
